Udwarthanam is a popular ayurvedic deep tissue massage and ayurvedic weight loss therapy using special herbal powder. Massage the body against the direction of hair follicles with more pressure. Though a very refreshing and rejuvenates massage for the whole body, cellulite the reduction and weight loss are the main aim of this treatment. The herbs used to perform the type of treatment are chosen according to their effect on the body and the individual’s constitution.
The medication powders are slightly heated before applying the massage opens up the pores and detoxifies. It also helps the body by increasing the heat inside of the tissue.
