The Aim of Ayurveda is to maintain health of a healthy person and treat the aliment or issues when it occurs body. Ayurvedic Treatment or Chikitsta is mainly Carried out in two ways, 1. Shodhana chikitsa (detoxifications methods) and shamana chikitsa (Medications).

Panchakarma is the profound mind – body healing experiences for detoxifying the body strengthening the immune system and restoring balance and wellbeing. It is the one of the most effective healings modality in ayurveda. According to ayurveda the three vizi vata, pitta, kapha, makes up and runs our body. Their state is influenced by our diet, lifestyle, emotions and time too. Vitiation of these d0shas produce imbalance in the form and gives rises to illness. This is the harmony is normal Physiology of body is the reason for issues of health the cause of vitiation may be due to natural factors and sometime due to caustive factors. These seasonal, diurnal and digestion related.

 The months mentioned above are not hard and fast, as this may vary as per climate conditions.

The toxins (vitiated doshas) due to such vitiations will accumutate in the respective part of body. The doshas need to be eliminated by the scasonal panchakarma procedure. Panchakarma the purification therepies plays vital role in the prescrvation, maintenance and conservation of health and longevity.

While langhna, Pachana treatments are effective certain extent. Comparing with that of samana chikitsa (IENTERNALMEDICINE), Shodhana chikitsa. Panchakarma has Specific roles because panchakarma can eliminate the accumulated dosha more effectively. Panchakarma is an individual approach based on the body constitution, doshic imbalance, age, digestive strength, physical strength, and many other factores.

Vitiation of dosha or excessive accumulation dosha does not always means that person is diseased state. Based on these Principle even a normal healthy adult can undergo Panchakarma to maintain the balance health.
